Kartboy 12mm Exhaust Hangers are a direct replacement for the stock hangers on Subaru 08+ WRX and STi and the 05-09 Legacy GT. The benefits of these hangars over the stock version is reduced swaying and movement of the exhaust, and a longer life of the hangar vs. natural rubber. This can significantly reduce rattling of aftermarket exhausts, which many times is the result of worn exhaust hangers and excessive play causing it to hit the chassis. Also available in a Long version for applications where lowering the exhaust tip is desired, such as aftermarket exhausts with minimal clearance to the rear bumper. Blurring the line between a sedan, a coupe and a conventional wagon, the emotional, progressive design measures 4711mm long and 1854mm wide, yet stands only 1391mm high (12mm shorter than a Mercedes CLS). With front and rear ends characterized by horizontal lines, the automaker's characteristic proportions are evident when viewed in profile.

Just as we expected. And there’s a lot of sense in this move by VW – even if they are going back on their stated intent to end the acquisitions – as there’s a strong history with Giugiaro.
