Mon, 11 Feb 2013Chevrolet has released a video explaining the development behind the new C7 Corvette Stingray's interior. The C7 Stingray understandably generated a lot of interest ahead of its unveiling at last month's Detroit auto show and in this video we get the chance to hear from some of the key figures involved in the development of the car's interior.
New car registrations at five-year high September 2013
Sat, 05 Oct 2013New car registrations at five-year high September 2013 Despite the UK economy being in the doldrums for much of the past five years, new car registrations have recovered well ahead of the curve and still seem to be unstoppable. September saw new car registrations hit 403,136 – the highest figure for five and a half years – and the first time since 2008 new car registrations have broken the 400k barrier. We’ve covered the reasons before – pre-reg cars, dealer discounts and even PPI payouts – but car registrations are certainly continuing to give buoyancy to a recovery that’s still fragile.
2011 Chrysler 300C: Official
Tue, 21 Dec 20102011 Chrysler 300C - launches at the 2011 Detroit Motor Show The Chrysler 300C may not be the biggest seller in the UK – although it is loved by chauffeur companies looking for a cheap ‘Limo’ – but it is still a common enough occurrence on British roads for news of a 2011 Chrysler 300C to be of interest to UK as well as US readers. The facelift for the 2011 300C is not the most comprehensive ever seen, but the exterior does get a bit of a workover with a new grille, LEDs and a more rakish windscreen which makes the 300C look a bit less like a ‘box on a box’ in profile. Oh, and Chrysler has stuffed lumps of extra chrome wherever it can, although we doubt if they will make the Euro version.
