 Ripper Racing aluminum nose braces for 440 and 550 Kawasaki Jet Skis.  The brace helps strengthen the nose of the Jet Ski.  Made of 6061 Aluminum. Nose braces come with NEW stainless hardware to fasten on to the hull. IT'S NO PICASSO, but this installation by conceptual artist Chris Burden certainly has the potential to be moving. Called Metropolis II, this amazing construction took Chris and his chief engineer four years to design and create and expands significantly on Metropolis I - the latest version has 18 roadways including one six-lane carriageway. It also has a rail network with HO-scale model trains, and running at capacity it pumps 100,000 cars around its network at a scale speed of 230mph.

Skoda has added eco-variants of the Yeti and Superb during the launch of its second-generation ‘GreenLine’ range at the 2010 Paris Motor Show. The badge now covers the entire Skoda range, employing just two direct-injection, common-rail turbo diesel four-pots across all eight models, both of which are used in VW’s BlueMotion cars. It’s the 75bhp 1.2-litre engine for the Fabia and Roomster, while the Octavia, Yeti and Superb get the 105bhp 1.6-litre unit.

Howard Hughes’s Lincoln sells for $1 million at Tulsa auction

A 1936 Lincoln Boat Tail Speedster--customized to the personal tastes of Howard Hughes--sold for $1 million at the Leake Car Show & Auction on June 13 in Tulsa, Okla. The head-turning blue and polished aluminum classic was the headliner at a sale that raked in $12.2 million and attracted more than 10,000 people to the three-day event. The Boat Tail is a truly unique car.
