Up for auction are 2 motorcycle books relating to the Japanese bikes.  The first is a 96 page illustrated history of the Kawasaki motorcycles from its inception to the 1990's bikes by Roy Bacon.  The second book is a 168 page pictorial history of all the Japanese bikes by Cornelis Vanderheuvel. These books are very informative and make for great reading.  Both books in Perfect condition in and out.  No reserve need space.

Ferrari has put a new website up dedicated to LaFerrari with details and specifications and we have new live photos of LaFerrari from Geneva. We’ve already looked at the McLaren P1 from Geneva (it seemed only fair as LaFerrari grabbed the opening headlines at its first reveal), so, as requested by many, we’ve now got a Geneva live look at Ferrari’s new F150/F70/new Enzo – LaFerrari. The first photos we had of LaFerrari were Ferrari’s usual studio shots which told us it was glorious, but glorious on Ferrari’s terms.

Up in smoke: Smokey Yunick's garage burns

Legendary NASCAR mechanic Smokey Yunick closed the "Best Damn Garage In Town" long before he died in 2001. But the main concrete-block, tin-roofed building on Beach Street in Daytona Beach, Fla., remained a stop on the NASCAR history trail for visiting faithful until Monday night, when fire destroyed the building. The building housed Yunick's office and a medium-size garage and more recently served as office space for Carbon Press, the publishing company that Yunick's daughter, Trish, operates and which produces products that include Yunick's salty 1,100-page autobiography and biographies of other racing personalities.
