DUNLOP Roadsmart II Tire
#310872
DescriptionPlease confirm part fitment prior to purchase.
Dunlop's all-new Roadsmart II picks up where the Roadsmart left off, with even more dry grip, mileage and wet-weather performance.
Outstanding wet-weather performance, linear and responsive handling traits, traction characteristics on par with sport tires and extended tread life-all in one tire.
New tread rubber compounds include silica to help deliver impressive performance in wet conditions while also extending wear.
New cosecant-curve tread pattern helps promote even tire wear and stiffens the pattern for reduced tire squirm and extended tire longevity. Increased tread depth further promotes water channeling while also extending tire mileage.
Intuitive Response Profile (IRP) intuitively allows greater latitude in line choice while cornering and provides remarkably linear steering at various lean angles. IRP promotes light, linear handling and puts down a bigger footprint at extreme lean angles.

First official image of the Aston Martin Rapide
[ad#ad-1]
The Aston Martin Rapide been coming for ever. But it’s getting closer (even though its not actually going to be on sale until 2010) and finally Aston Martin has released the first official image of the car, although there was a so-called official image (or rendering) of the Rapide a little while back. For some reason this story and the image were embargoed until tomorrow.

Chrysler has been sold. In one of the biggest private equity deals seen in the automotive industry, Cerberus Capital Management has purchased 80.1% of Chrysler in a £3.76billion deal, leaving DaimlerChrysler with the remaining 19.9% stake in the loss-making company. The move marks the close of arguably the most high-profile transatlantic merger and shuts the door on Canadian car assembly giant Magna and billionaire Kirk Kerkorian, who last month offered £2.27billion for Chrysler.
Mercedes CLS 2011 Spy shot
The Mercedes CLS was the first - and some would say still the best - interpretation of a four door swoopy-coupe. It set the benchmark for cars to follow and made the genre hugely desirable. We now have everyone from VW to Porsche and Aston Martin to Jaguar producing 4 door coupes, with Audi joining in with the Sportbacks and BMW about to put the Gran Coupe in to production.
