Nice pair of forks from a 1985 454LTD.  These will also fit the 1986 -1989 EN450 models. Will fit several Vulcan 500 1986-1995 models. Look at the photos for wheel bolt and fender bolt locations. These have very minor pitting above the travel line of the forks. The pitting won't interfere with the seals. NOTE that the seals and dust boots could need replaced. Seals are not leaking at this time but they are original. The plastic caps( one is in great condition it snaps on the fork, the other is supposed to thread on to  the valve stem but it is broke, a little non permanent rubber glue will hold it in place. ) One fender bolt broke off when I was replacing the tire years ago, Tried drilling it out, no luck. Three bolts will still hold fender secure, it has for over 10 years.

Saab seeks court protection from creditors

Wed, 07 Sep 2011

Saab is filing for protection from creditors from a Swedish district court, the automaker's owner, Swedish Automobile, said Wednesday. Saab is seeking court approval for a voluntary reorganization to secure short-term stability while it waits for funding from Chinese investors Pang Da and Zhejiang Youngman, Swedish Automobile said in a statement. Victor Muller, CEO of both Saab and Swedish Automobile, said in a statement: "We have concluded that a voluntary reorganization process will provide us with the necessary time, protection and stabilization of the business, allowing salary payments to be made, short-term funding to be obtained and an orderly restart of production to be prepared." Muller remains optimistic about Saab's future.

Tue, 21 Sep 2010

Further evidence of Porsche market saturation: the new Porsche 911 Speedster, announced today ahead of its debut at the 2010 Paris motor show. Porsche has dabbled with speedsters before, of course. Most notably with the 356 - and Stuttgart's playing homage to that car with the new 2010 911 Speedster.
