Up for sale is a KA6 Kawasaki H1 500 Carburetor not fully complete. I will explain. First off I Chem diped this, then wd40 soaked it. Its not perfectly clean but Id bet its clean enough for you to set it up for the bike you want to use it on and run it. Took it apart to see what it has and doesn't have. No guessing here. I have 100% positive feedback and describe everything to the best detail that I can. Much better than those guys that say here they are with no details and then say ask questions.

USA shipping only.

This carb has the original Mikuni air screw and spring, Has the original Mikuni needle #5DJ19, It has the factory Mikuni float, a bit dented like they all are of its age. The carb clamp that holds it to the manifold is missing the square 10mm nut and hold washer. This has the original 2.0 throttle slide in good shape. It is missing the throttle slide spring. It has the original needle jet 172#0-4. The main jet appears to be a 92, should be a 92.5 R for an H1 D or E or a 90 for a H1F.  So in my opinion it is incorrect so I am throwing in a few aftermarket main jets. Not sure if that will help ya but hey I don't need them they are yours. I am also throwing in additional aftermarket needle, air screw, pilot and seat. They appear to be from Sudko? Not positive on that. It appears to have an aftermarket pilot jet but it is a #30. It also appears to have an aftermarket Float needle valve and seat. The original throttle stop is there but its not straight. Its missing the throttle cable adjuster but the threads look fine, also missing the choke assembly but the threads look fine. No float bowl gasket or slide cap seal either.  No cotter pin for the throttle stop either. Hey its clean and a great body with many great original Mikuni parts for a rebuild

Ask questions if you have any. All the info is there for the reading, but I am a social kinda guy and will answer any question you may have.

Good luck and happy bidding.

Citroen DS Wild Rubis tease previews new DS SUV (video)

Mon, 08 Apr 2013

Citroen are teasing what appears to be a DS SUV ahead of the Shanghai Motor Show later in April – the Citroen Wild Rubis Concept. With French car makers suffering from a downturn in sales in recent years, one beacon of light has been the success of the resurrected DS badge to adorn a range of more upmarket Citroens. From initial scepticism when Citroen revealed their plans to re-badge and titivate mainstream Citroens with some DS history, we were won over by the brilliant DS3 which managed to turn the rather beige C3 in to a properly appealing – and properly fun – sporty hatch.

Kia unveils KH/K9 rear-drive sedan photos on Facebook, asks for naming help

Tue, 28 Feb 2012

Unlike Peter Schreyer's striking Optima, which clearly thumbs its nose at his previous masters in Wolfsburg by showing them what the new Volkswagen Passat could've looked like, Kia's new full-size sedan has some serious post-Bangle BMW happening. The new rear-driver, built on the Hyundai Genesis platform, previously code-named KH and known in South Korea as K9 (yeah, we love old-school Dr. Who, too) is actually--

Think, again: Norwegian electric-car maker looks for U.S. plant

Thu, 12 Mar 2009

Think, the Norwegian electric-car maker, says it plans to build an assembly plant and a technical center in the United States. After financing failed in the wake of the collapse of credit markets in late 2008, the company entered Norway's debt-settlement process (the equivalent of Chapter 11 bankruptcy), and production of its recently redesigned Think city car was halted. It continues operating under a $6 million interim funding measure while it pursues additional financing.
