Kawaski Vintage Windshield for All Invaders 78-81 and the 82 550 Kimpex # 06-517-02.  This is the tall 13" smoke color windshield.  Notes on this windshield as follows
  • The LH rear mounting tab is also broken off (see pics) and in need of repair
  • There is adhesive residue around the LH rear tab and the top edge of the windshield - both had tape applied to them and the tape has been removed.  This residue is cleanable.
  • Windshield has normal amount of light scratches for a used windshield
  • The top rim does not have the normal black windshield trim which can be obtained thru snowmobile parts stores at low cost.
This windshield is repairable.  The LH rear tab break can be repaired with a good plastic repair kit - Three Bond has a very good one.  The adhesive residue can be cleaned up.  If you are looking for a cheap windshield, consider this one.

Chevy reveals 45th-anniversary special edition, and more power, for the Camaro

Chevrolet has let slip some of the details on the 2012 Camaro. Highlights for the sports car include a few more horsepower from the V6, a new suspension package for the SS and a 45th anniversary special edition Camaro that will go on sale to celebrate the pony car's entrance into old age. The direct-injection V6, which sees duty in everything from the Cadillac CTS to the Malibu and a few crossovers, will deliver 323 hp in this application.

2014 Citroen C1 revealed ahead of Geneva Motor Show

Citroen has revealed pictures of its C1 city car ahead of its debut at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show – and it competes with the likes of the Renault Twingo, Peugeot 108 and Toyota Aygo for the crown of quirkiest small car of the show. Citroen 2014 Citroen C1 at Geneva: design Citroen says the new C1 features “more design”, which, although sounding a bit cringe-inducing, does signify how much the new car has changed over the outgoing model we first saw in 2005. Impressive efficiency figures are the result of “innovative technologies” says Citroen, as well as weight saving At 3.46m long, the 2014 Citroen C1 is 15cm longer than its predecessor.

The Car Design News - Opel/Vauxhall Interactive Design Competition has entered its final two weeks, but it's still not too late to submit an entry and impress the judges with your vision of a Lounge in Motion. The project uploads so far - on the dedicated competition site - are full of fantastic mood boards and thematic directions and generally contain some great ideas. Judges, industry professionals, design students and members of the public have been commenting and directing those who have uploaded work to date.
