Saab say that they have terminated the agreement because Pang Da and Youngman have failed to confirm their commitment to the Subscription Agreement on the agreed terms, and the money the Chinese (according to Saab) were to pay by this weekend has not been received.
BMW will build electric cars in Leipzig

In addition, BMW factories in Wackersdorf and Landshut, Germany, will produce parts for the so-called Megacity Vehicle. “The BMW Group will build the car of the future in Leipzig with high-tech innovations from Bavaria,” BMW CEO Norbert Reithofer said in a statement.
