Up for auction is a Kawasaki Jet Ski 900 1100 ZXi Jetski Intake Spark Arrestor The intake arrestor came out of a 99 1100 ZXi but it may fit other Kawasaki jetskis, please look at the pictures carefully before you bid. The intake spark arrestor mount over the carbs and has a tube and screen for all 3 carbs The intake spark arrestor appears to be in excellent condition and came out of a good working jetski The intake spark arrestor appears to be in excellent condition but is not perfect, it does have normal wear. I can ship outside the US but be aware that I add an additional $4 handling charge for international shipping for paperwork & line at the Post Office. Volkswagen plans 4 million cars from one platform
Thu, 12 Apr 2012Volkswagen is pushing the global-platform concept to a level unprecedented in the auto industry, introducing a modular platform this summer that eventually will be the basis of microcars, sedans, crossovers and SUVs for its four largest brands. While automakers now share platforms across brands and sometimes even segments, the VW initiative that starts this summer is far more ambitious than anything seen so far. By 2017, some analysts estimate, the MQB platform that debuts with the Audi A3 eventually will be used in 4 million units a year--close to half of VW's annual production.

Nissan Leaf with advanced-driver assist to begin public road tests in Japan
Thu, 26 Sep 2013Nissan is about to begin testing advanced driver-assist systems in the real world, and a new Nissan Leaf is serving as the test bed for these technologies. This is all a part of Nissan's development of Autonomous Drive, a goal to achieve virtually zero fatalities in accidents involving its vehicles by the year 2020. Autonomous Drive can be said to be a further development of Nissan's Safety Shield, a system that has a 360-degree view around the vehicle that scans for risks and provides warnings to the driver, intervening automatically if necessary.
