Two new RED turn signal lens with BLUE DOTS installed in them for the Kawasaki Vulcan,Vulcan Classic,Nomad and Drifter.

As some of you may already know Kawasaki does NOT make a  RED lens like Harley Davidson does for your rear turn signal lens...Well here they are,and with blue dots in them for more of a custom look or old school look. If your familiar with blue dots you know how they really stand out at a show or run,and these are installed so you dont have to worry about cracking a lens. The lens themselves are made from RED D.O.T. approved lens NOT clear lens painted red like some others that end up pealing due to the heat.

You can also then rewire your turn signals to run a dual element bulb if you want and give it a much safer look lighting up the back of your bike with the  RED lens for your rear turn signals AND your brake or running lights as I have.Remember by law running lights must be RED just like your cars.

NOTE: I call these direct replacements meaning that there are NO adapters or plastic spacers to interfer with your chrome visors or covers.Just unscrew the stock lens and screw these on with your same 2 screws and your done.

............................. I also have these without the Blue dots if you perfer.........................

And again for those that asked yes these are 2 screw lens and mount just like the originals. They will not work on the 1 screw 1600 lens.

You can also see them at http://ralphscorner.homestead.com/StoreFront.html

Feel free to check my feedback to see what others think of them.

Thanks

2008 EyesOn Design Awards

Wed, 23 Jan 2008

I was once told that the EyesOn Design Awards was initially conceived as an award by which a vehicle would be judged by visually-impaired individuals. The prerequisite for winning was that the beauty of a vehicle would have to be determined solely through the medium of touch. Though it may seem odd that the award is presented by the Detroit Institute of Ophthalmology (DIO) - an internationally-recognized non-profit organization known for helping the blind and visually-impaired - it has since grown to become one of the most prestigious automotive design award ceremonies to date.

2015 Ford KA Concept revealed in Europe. And it looks a bit boring.

Fri, 06 Dec 2013

2015 Ford KA Concept revealed in Europe Last month we revealed the new Ford KA Concept after it debuted in Brazil, and now Ford has brought it to Europe to reveal where the KA is heading. At Ford’s Go Further event in Barcelona this week, Ford revealed the KA Concept as its vision of what the 2015 Ford KA will look like and offer. Sadly, the KA seems to have lost its quirkiness and gone mainstream; it looks like another homogeneous Ford, just smaller.

Bypass booster seats with travel vest

Tue, 19 Feb 2013

Sick of moving that booster seat from car to car whenever your child heads to grandma's? A new product, the Ride-Safer travel vest, claims it can remove the booster seat from your life altogether. Like a booster seat, the purpose of the Ride-Safer vest is to position the lap and shoulder portions of a seatbelt in a way that optimizes safety for child-size passengers.
