The Kawasaki ZX-14 Ninja stainless steel screw kit is a very high quality, well thought out, and extremely detailed kit. This very intense 111-piece screw kit contains A2-70 grade metric stainless steel designed specifically for the new ZX-14 Ninja. Do not be surprised if you find higher corrosion resistant A4 hardware in our kits. The step-by-step instructions are written in plain English and are easy to follow. Our screws are Button, Cap, Low Cap, and Flat Head style requiring common Hex key tools. Self-tapping screws are all Phillips head stainless. Kit contains stainless fairing screws and nylon washers meant to replace missing or damages stock hardware. The fairing screws in the ZX-14 are already stainless but we include them in the kit anyhow.
The Ninja fasteners are separated into 6 zip lock bags and clearly labeled according to screw type and location. Assembly instructions correspond to bag ID. Difficulty level: easy. Buyer need only basic wrenching ability, some free shop time, and common tools. Stainless kits make a great weekend project or gift idea. As, for that matter, must the whole new 2012 BMW 3-Series. We first reported that BMW were making a 3-Series GT back in 2009, but we did know they wouldn’t be building one on the current platform, waiting instead for when the new 3-Series due to put in an appearance, probably at Frankfurt in the Autumn (if not before).
