To apply the decal, first clean the surface ( with alcohol). Decide where you want the decal located. Remove the tape from the backing. The design will be stuck to the tape. Be very careful not to let the decal touch the surface until you are ready to apply it. If it touches, it will stick and you will not be able to reposition it. Once you have it lined up where you want it lay it down on the surface. Use a flat object to smooth out any wrinkles and air bubbles. Remove the tape slowly to make sure the decal adheres well. Once the tape is removed you are finished.

Audi Q5 (2008) unveiled

Sat, 19 Apr 2008

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 19 April 2008 12:00 A decade after rival BMW, Audi is finally joining the mid-sized SUV party. The new Q5, unveiled at this weekend's Beijing motor show, is Ingolstadt's answer to its hometown rival the X3, and is based on the oily bits from the A4. Which speaks volumes about its intent.Unsurprisingly, that means it's aimed squarely at on-road performance, where it will shuttle five occupants around in - you'd imagine - saloon car comfort.

Win a signed sketch of the Renault Dezir concept

Thu, 23 Sep 2010

The new October 2010 issue of CAR Magazine features a beautiful shoot of Renault’s new Dezir, a rear-wheel drive electric supercar concept that will be unveiled at the 2010 Paris motor show. And CAR’s editor Phil McNamara has been to Paris early, for an audience with Renault’s design director Laurens van den Acker, and to see the stunning Dezir in the metal. It’s the first of six concept cars from Renault, before we see the new van den Acker-led design language appear on the Clio 4 in 18 months time.

Mazda 3 five-door (2008): the first photos

Tue, 25 Nov 2008

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 25 November 2008 09:43 Mazda has issued five photographs of its new 3 hatchback ahead of its debut at next week's Bologna motor show. The five-door, announced today, follows hot on the heels of the Mazda 3 four-door saloon unveiled at last week's 2008 Los Angeles Auto Show.Few firm details have been released today, but Mazda claims the engines will be more efficient, the kerbweight lighter and 'the world's first catalyst to be constructed using single nanotechnology.' Apparently this cat uses significantly fewer rare materials such as platinum and palladium than regular filters. The new 3 will have a new range-topping 2.2-litre turbodiesel, developing 183bhp or 148bhp. Both are EU5 compliant and are cleaner and more powerful than the current 2.0 TD.
