By Tim Pollard Motoring Issues 15 February 2008 08:01 CAR Online reader Tim Hiscocks so enjoyed our recent Italian supercar adventure to Monaco (CAR Magazine, January 2008), he drew up a cartoon of the road trip featuring the Alfa Romeo 8C, Ferrari 430 Scuderia and Maserati Granturismo. Infiniti G25 revealed – but not for the UK

The entry-level Infiniti G25 - thankfully just for the USA Well, we had what Infiniti called a ‘Performance’ debut at Pebble Beach with the first of Infiniti’s answers to the AMG and M Series in the Infiniti IPL G Coupe, and now we get the more prosaic debut – the Infiniti G25 with a 2.5 litre V6. The entry level G Range saloon gets a modest 218 horses and 187lb’ft of torque, a seven speed auto and will come in a choice of rear wheel drive or all wheel drive and, as far as we can see, you won’t be able to opt for a manual. Infiniti say that the G25 is for those who want an Infiniti G but who don’t want the power of the G37.

Eterniti Motors readies two SUVs and a sports car

New British car brand Eterniti Motors is steaming ahead with its plan to launch the Hemera - a new Cayenne-based SUV due in 2012 - and there are two other projects waiting in the wings, including a dramatic sports car. The first project for the London-based company is taking Porsche's Cayenne Turbo S and reconfiguring it with exotic new materials, a fresh wardrobe and a stretched cabin to free up more cabin space. Eterniti has also issued sketches of this supercar, but won't reveal yet the donor vehicle.
