Autoweek America Adventure: Thar be treasure out there
Sat, 29 Oct 2011OK, truth: It's kind of hard to not care. Yeah, yeah, that's the Honey Badger credo (and for those who think I've just spouted some kind of odd Mutual of Omaha Wild Kingdom gibberish, please go to YouTube and check out the Honey Badger video.) Blink and you'll miss Ken Block in new Gymkhana video
Tue, 02 Jun 2009Explosions, hooks and slides and the destruction of fluorescent light bulbs--all in the name of gaining attention for DC Shoes? Noted rally driver and DC co-founder Ken Block slides his way through Gymkhana Two, a high-performance sequel to his popular Gymkhana Practice video. Block maneuvers a 2008 Subaru Impreza WRX STI, custom-built by Crawford Performance, around the Port of Los Angeles.
Mazda Hazumi concept (2014) first official pictures
Tue, 04 Mar 2014By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 04 March 2014 06:00 This is the new Mazda 2 supermini, unveiled this morning at the 2014 Geneva motor show. Okay, okay, technically it’s the Mazda Hazumi concept, but the Japanese company itself openly admits this dinky little hatchback previews ‘ideas for its next-generation B-car’. Incidentally, Hazumi (no, not the cheese, but Hazumi) is apparently a Japanese word meaning ‘bound’ or ‘spring up’ so Mazda’s picked the name ‘to convey an image of a small but vigorous animal, bursting with energy.’ That’s right, and Mazda is using it to highlight its ‘Kodo’ design language, its SkyActiv fuel-saving technologies, and its MZD Connect infotainment system.
