Kent Moore EN-48896 High Pressure Fuel Pump Installer Alignment Gauge
The SIDI high-pressure fuel pump mounts upwards towards the inside of the head, and must be installed with the camshaft drive lobe on its base circle to prevent damage to the fuel pump. The fuel pump MUST be drawn in evenly in less-than-full-turn increments. The fuel pump rod can be damaged if the pump is drawn into position.
EN-48896 fits into the fuel pump mounting bore in the head, and provides a positive indication that the camshaft lobe is on base circle. If the camshaft lobe is not properly positioned, the technician will know from EN-48896 that the engine must be turned until the camshaft lobe is properly positioned.

Replacing the generally unaccepted Aveo, the Sonic draws from a youthful and aggressive design in a bid to appeal to the younger market. Available as a four-door sedan (seen here) as well as a five-door hatchback, the Sonic displays a 'progressive exterior design', according to the American brand's press materials.
Jaguar XKR-S plays out at Goodwood ahead of FoS (Video)
Sun, 19 Jun 2011Jaguar XKR-S - playing at Goodwood ahead of the FoS It’s really quite hard to put the new Jaguar XKR-S in a pigeon hole. You see, it’s not really an out and out supercar – and it doesn’t sport the price tag of one either – but it’s more than just a competent GT car; better than ‘just’ a continent-crusher. In fact, as we’ve already noted, it seems to have the measure of the Aston Martin DBS – but at half the price.
