DT-48056 is an adjustable bridge that spans across the transmission case to allow various positions to be set and tightened over the centerlines of the piston bores. The tool forcing screw pushes on the appropriate spring compressing tool which pushes down on the spring to release the tension and allow removal and installation of any retaining rings. Use of DT-48056 eliminates the need to remove the transaxle from the J-48307 bench mount holding fixture and fit it into a press bed for these service procedures

The insane Lamborghini Veneno has spawned a roadster version, if Internet rumors and pictures are to be believed. Rumors of the roadster surfaced back in July, when CEO Stephan Winkelmann told Car and Driver that a convertible Veneno will be produced and sold at price near $4.5 million. We're hearing that it may actually carry a price tag of around $5.3 million.
