Please read ALL the boring details below!!!

We are responsible for selling items that are in a good working condition and for making sure that the items that the customer receives are the same as shown in the eBay listings.

It is the customer`s responsibility, however, to check whether or not the items are compatible with the vehicle they wish to attach the items to.

We ask that the customer check with a registered mechanic or appropriate car dealership before purchasing items.

If the part the customer receives is not compatible with their vehicle, they are responsible for paying the return postage.

Upon receiving the item we will refund the original item price only.

Note: The item must be in the same condition as it was when delivered

Since the part is secondhand some scratches and dents may be present that we were not able to confirm at the time we uploaded the product to EBAY.

We try to show all defects in detail in the photos provided, but some minor defects might not be visible.

Due to lighting, camera flash, time of the day and other factors, the color and tone of the items in the photos might be slightly different to actual color.

In order to not receive complaints after the customer receives the item(s), we recommend asking us for more photos prior to purchasing.

Importation Tax

Some customs offices in certain countries charge importation tax. Importation tax applied to automobile parts can be very high. We recommend contacting your local customs office and finding out how much importation tax will be applied to the parts you wish to purchase.

NOTE: The customer is responsible for paying import tax.

If requested, we can send the customer an invoice including photos of the items if a valid email address is provided.

Postage

Our Office hours are 9~5pm, Monday to Friday. The postage cutoff time is 1:30pm every day (Japan Time). So, if we receive a payment after 1:30pm on Friday, we will not be able to send the package until Monday morning or the next available business day.

If a package cannot be sent within 4 days of receiving payment due to National holidays we will contact the customer and ask for guidance.

We use the EMS (Express Mail Service) Japan postal delivery service.
The shipping of car parts, especially those that exceed 4kgs, is very expensive.

Shipping rates can be checked using the link provided below.

http://www.post.japanpost.jp/cgi-charge/index.php?lang=_en

NOTE: The Price of postage is non-negotiable!!

Please do not ask for free postage, we can not do it!!

The customer pays the same amount as we have to pay the Post Office.

In some cases, a cheaper (with longer postage time) postage method maybe available.

Please enquire, and please remember to include your country’s name in the message.

NOTE: The postage rates were established to cover various regions throughout the world.

In some cases your postage fee might be slightly over the price that is listed on the Japan Post website.

Please let us know if you feel that we have significantly over charged your postage fee.

If there is a significant difference (US$20 or more after the package has been packed) we can negotiate a refund of the outstanding amount.

The product weight provided is estimated with the weight of packaging included.

So, some fragile or electrical products might be listed heavier due to the extra packaging needed.

If requested at the time of purchase, photos can be provided of the product being weighed before and after packaging.

NOTE: If from Central & South America or Africa please select the Brazil, Mexico, Russian Confederation postage option.

If from the Middle-East please select the North America/Australia postage option.

NOTE: Upon purchase, a tracking number and a link to Japan Post Mail Tracking site will be provided as well as an estimated time of arrival. Please check the location of your part every 1-2 days. If the part stays at a certain location (Customs, Local Post Office in your country) for an usually long time, please contact that organization and ask why the delivery of the part has been stalled.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to track their part while in transit.

If a part is seized by customs in the country of the customer, it is the Customer’s responsibility to make contact with the local customs officials.

If the part is seized by the postage company in the customer’s country, it is the Customer’s responsibility to make contact with the postage company.

We will NOT refund any money for postage if;

(i)                 Customs seizes the part and sends the part back to Japan because the customer did not claim the part (even if the Customs Office does not contact the customer).

(ii)               The local Post Office seizes the part and sends the part back to Japan because the customer did not claim the part (even if the Post Office does not contact the customer).

(iii)             The Post Office tries to deliver the part, but retains the part due to the customer not being home, and then sends the part back to Japan because the customer did not claim the part (even if the Post Office does not contact the customer).

If one of the above situation occurs, it is the Customer that must pay for having the part resent. If the customer decides they want to cancel the order and receive a refund, a refund will ONLY be given for the purchase price of the product and not for the price of delivery.

Available as Saloon, Estate or Coupe, the C 63 AMG Edition 507 will cost from £66,960 (for the saloon) and £68,160 (for the estate and coupe), or at least it will until you start to bother the options list. Porsche 918 RSR

Thu, 13 Jan 2011

Following an absence of four years from the NAIAS, Porsche had been promising an all new concept to its North American contigency. The 918 RSR is exactly that. Evolving from the 2010 918 Spyder concept shown in Geneva, the RSR stays true to the overall theme of the Spyder but adds a roof and race-specific elements.

MG6 & Geely Emgrand EC7 get Euro NCAP 4 Star Ratings

Wed, 23 Nov 2011

MG6 gets 4 stars in Euro NCAP tests Just a year ago Geely was making all the wrong headlines when the Geely CK1 scored zero in the Latin NCAP tests. But now, just a year later, the Geely Emgrand EC7 and the MG6 – both made in China – have scored four starts in the last set of Euro NCAP tests for 2011. Apart from being a great result for China, it’s proof – if proof were ever needed – that the Chinese car industry is certainly a force to be reckoned with.
