You are purchasing the shown KT-70 Transponder.  This unit was surplus stock and has never been installed in an airplane.  It comes with the deliver 8130 from 1997 and a fresh bench check and 8130 from Jan 12, 2016.  It also comes with the tray and connector kit.

The KT-70 is a solid state, mode S transponder. 
It does not meet ADSB requirements.
