You are purchasing the shown KT-79 Transponder.  The KT-79 is a Digital Mode C Transponder without a cavity tube!  This unit was removed in good working condition for avionics upgrade.  Visually it is a 9/10.  It has bench tested and comes with Dual Release FORM 1 / 8130 Paperwork from October 2015.

This new London-based vehicle design agency is led by a current student on the Royal College of Art's Vehicle Design course, Chris Hrabalek, who has masterminded a complete full-size mockup of a reborn Lancia Stratos concept for this year's Geneva Show. In a world where multinational companies spend several million dollars on a concept car and stand, that's a phenomenal achievement.

Our deeply absurdist, kitchy-kitsch streak wishes that Porsche would've seen fit to score this video with Jacques Offenbach's “The Infernal Gallop” in lieu of Some Generic Lux-Teuton 'Lectronic Track™. Maybe the automotive footage might've been intercut with Dutch camel racers wearing vintage Rijkspolitie outfits and libidinous dancing French girls. Zuffenhausen rarely accedes to our flights of fancy.

Honda has announced that it has put its NSX replacement on ice (although it is apparently still going to show it at Detroit) and other manufacturers are concentrating on their frugal products. But Toyota is taking a different tack.
