Kirkey 17 inch racing seat and cover.  Some holes drilled in base and back (see pic) to be secured in in a static demo vehicle.  Never used in a operational vehicle.  Cost together from Kirkey (see pic) is $476, does not include shipping.

KIRKEY RACING ALUMINUM ROAD RACE SEAT. Designed for road race cars, kit cars, club racing. Constructed from TIG AND MIG welded .125" thick 5052 grade aluminum. Extra MIG welding on inside for added strength. A true road race design with built in shoulder support. Reinforced headrest with interior double plate. Aluminum extrusion around perimeter for extra strength and safety. Progressive rib bead adds extra strength. Extra support at rib height provides support for high G force cornering but is designed to not interfere with shifting. Molded rubber inserts for lap belt and sub belt openings. Accommodates both 5 and 6 point seat belt systems.

In fact, it is the new Copen, just not as cute. But perhaps the biggest changes is the switch from a two to a three-piece folding roof.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk took to Twitter Thursday to respond to Chrysler's barb that Tesla wasn't the first American automaker to repay the U.S. government for aid. Tesla, which paid off the remaining $451.8 million on its 2010 Department of Energy loan Wednesday, received $465 million under the highly politicized Advanced Technology Vehicle Manufacturing loan program.

Is the new Jaguar Sports car going to be called the Jaguar C-XE? Jaguar are keen to associate their new sports car – the Jaguar C-X16 Concept – with the legendary E-Type, so it seemed logical they would call it XE. But it looks like it may actually be the Jaguar C-XE.
