Brands Hatch Revs Up For Porsche Festival

Organised by circuit owner MSV in association with Porsche Club GB and supported by Porsche Cars GB, this will be the Club’s premier national event for 2014. In addition to a variety of on-track action, the venue is expected to be surrounded by all types and ages of Porsche, from the 356 of the 1950s to the very latest plug-in hybrid 918 Spyder super sportscar.
SAIC Leaf concept

Called the Leaf, the new concept has no relation to Nissan's concept car shown in Tokyo last year. It's a further sign that what was once the high-tech preserve of the German brands is now firmly in the mainstream. BMW was one of the brands which pioneered variable-ratio power steering; in essence, it changes the ratio between the driver's inputs at the wheel and the rate at which turns are made at the rack.
