The new 2014 Audi A3 Cabriolet (pictured) arrives in the UK next spring. The new Audi A3 Cabriolet has been revealed, and it’s bigger, lighter and better looking than before. Based on the underpinnings of the new A3 Saloon, rather than the A3 hatch as before, means the new A3 Cabriolet has better proportions, a bigger boot, more room and yet weighs in at around 50kg less than the old model.

The FT-86 will form the centrespiece of the 2009 Tokyo motor show later this month.Although dubbed a concept car, CAR understands the new Toyota FT-86 is in fact a near-production ready model that will launch Toyota back into the sports coupé market to battle the VW Scirocco and Honda CRZ. It's pretty compact at just 4160mm long and 1760mm wide, making it smaller than a TT or Scirocco.

HEAVY RAIN and gale force winds are set to continue to batter large swathes of the south of Britain, leaving many areas at risk of further flooding. The country will be hit by two new turbulent weather systems that are predicted to bring high winds and rain in their wake. And there is fresh misery for people living in the Somerset Levels, where two severe flood warnings remain in place signifying a danger to life.
