Klotz® Uplon® Fuel Lube provides upper cylinder and fuel pump
lubrication. Protects the induction and fuel delivery systems from the
dry, abrasive properties of methanol alcohol. Uplon® Fuel Lube increases
horsepower by reducing power robbing friction. Our unique seal
conditioners help maintain constant fuel pressure and prevent lean-out
conditions. Blends with methanol alcohol and gasoline.
*Snowmobile use: Recommended for turbos.

2012 Jeep Compass and Patriot to be recalled for fuel-tank problem
Fri, 06 Apr 2012Chrysler is recalling nearly 1,700 all-wheel-drive-equipped 2012 Jeep Patriot and 2012 Jeep Compass SUVs for a possible defect in the fuel system. In certain affected vehicles, a valve designed to prevent fuel leakage in the event of a rollover can leak. This is due to damage sustained in testing at the facility where they were manufactured.

Hyundai UK is celebrating after surpassing their total UK sales of 63,577 cars in 2011 with the best part of two months of 2012 still left to rack up more sales – 64,000 cars sold in 2012 and counting. The strong Hyundai sales are no doubt thanks to a strong showing from the i40 and i40 Tourer and the new i30, both of which are now rolling out of UK showrooms in decent numbers.

Sat, 19 Nov 20112011 Los Angeles Auto Show Roundup This week saw the start of the Los Angeles Motor Show, so we thought we’d have a quick look at what was on the floor, including some of the stuff we haven’t already looked at. There was the ‘cool in white’ Jaguar stand and the latest Defender DC100 Concept, all prettied up in baby blue. There were Camaros and Mustangs, the new Bentley GTC (but no V8 – that’s for Detroit in January), a hot Beetle R and Volvo’s You Concept that points the way to the next generation of Volvo design.
