We can issue a full store credit less shipping and handling or a refund minus a 20% restock fee and minus shipping costs. If a part is damaged upon delivery call us immediately and DO NOT TRY TO INSTALL IT. Do not destroy the packaging or write on it. Defective parts, including electrical, cannot be replaced or refunded until the manufacturer or distributor deems the product defective. They can either replace or rebuild the part. If a warranty issue arises we will make every effort to assist but all warranties come from the manufacturer or the distributor and they decide what they will take back. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON USED OR INSTALLED PARTS. We do not reimburse for any labor fees or down time associated with the products we sell, whether due to warranty, purchasing or shipping errors. BMW is partnering with online-music-service provider MOG to develop an application that allows on-demand music to be streamed inside its cars. The service launches with the BMW 6-series this fall. The MOG app for the BMW Apps option has on-demand streaming with unlimited, ad-free listening; mobile storage for music, and the ability to search, tag songs or listen to curated content.
