Rear Stand spools, made from 7075-T6 alloy in the USA These spools are all aluminum (no steel bolts). Available in Silver or Black anodized finish The RC390 has a 10mm threaded hole in the swingarm and if you use a spool with a 10mm steel bolt you will destroy the swingarm if they hit hard in a crash. These aluminum spools are designed to "break away" if they are hit in a crash

Tue, 28 Sep 2010Aston Martin Vantage N420 Roadster It was back in June that Aston Martin announced the Aston Martin V8 Vantage N420, which is the 4.7 Vantage version of the N400, but this time – as the 4.7 Vantage is quite brisk without fiddling – the Vantage N420 has to make do with the regular model’s 420bhp. When we got the original detail on the Vantage N420 we only got photos of the N420 Coupe, even though Aston Martin made it clear that there would be a roadster too. And here it is in all its glorious Aston Martin Convertible carporn-ness.

Done in collaboration with Alfa Romeo, this year's final presentation was attended by Lorenzo Ramaciotti, Head of Styling for Fiat Group Automobiles and Maserati. The final thesis projects presented by the 15 students on the course answered a brief to design the next flagship sedan from Alfa Romeo.
