Softail: H-D Rigid or Detachable Side Plates on all ’84-’05 Softails (except Deuce) & ’06-’12 FLST Models (except ’06 FLSTFSE, ’07-’12 FLSTF, ‘10-'12 FLSTFB, ’08-’12 FLSTSB). Also compatible with Küryakyn Side Plates (P/Ns 8971 & 8972).
Dyna: H-D Rigid or Detachable Side Plates on all ’06-’12 Dynas (except ’08-’12 FXDF, ‘09-’10 FXDFSE, '10-'12 FXDWG)
Sportster: H-D Detachable Side Plates on all ’04-’12 Sportsters
Universal: Most applications that accept a standard H-D style backrest with 8-3/4” wide mounting position. The mounting holes are 1-1/4” center to center with 1/4” -20 tapped threads. The stylish shaped pad follows the contour of the bar & adds both comfort & that finishing touch. Note:Required mounting side straps for Metric models use (P/N 1537, 1538)

Van drivers at greater risk of crashing
Wed, 09 Jul 2014VAN DRIVERS are 50% more likely to be involved in a collision when driving too close to the vehicle in front and a massive 142% more at danger of crashing when reversing. Drivers of vans are also 43% more at risk of being in an accident even when parked, while performing a U-turn puts them at 39% more likely to be in a collision than other road users. Other areas where van drivers are more at risk is when changing lanes (36%) and on motorways (19%).
