After two years of Red Bull dominance in F1 – in particular by world champion Sebastian Vettel – the 2012 F1 season has been a bit of a shambles so far for the Red Bulls – certainly by their usual standards. But it looks like we may be back to business as normal in Bahrain with a pole position for Red Bull by Sebastian Vettel with team mate Mark Webber right behind him on the grid in third place.

We then had the Cupra R launch proper at Frankfurt in September, but it’s taken a further six months for SEAT to open up the order book in the UK (officially from 1st April) and no doubt a month or three more until the first UK customer gets to go and play. Mon, 03 Mar 2014Last week the world got a glimpse of Ukrainian ex-president Viktor Yanukovych's surprisingly eclectic car collection, which included dozens of cars that have never been exhibited in any museum or classic car show outside the former USSR. The sprawling garage at the Mezhyhirya villa became public only last weekend, hours after Yanukovych's nighttime escape by helicopter to Russia. Hundreds of ordinary citizens and journalists from all around the world strode freely into the villa, finding an abundance of abandoned wealth, some of which was even tasteful.
