The innovative HULL HUGR protects boats better than 6 traditional fenders.
The ingenious patented design enables you to fold it up to a very compact size, easy to stow, or use it as a cushion. Hull Hugr is constructed of UV and puncture resistant marine grade vinyl / polyester tri-laminate. Six blocks of durable closed-cell foam are sealed inside.
There are 3 sizes to fit every boat, dock, and slip: HH-S & SW: 7 1/2 feet long x 15 inches tall, 6 - 12 inch x 6 inch x 2 inch foam bumpers, folds to only 15 inches x 15 inches x 4 inches. For low profile boats, including jet boats, ski boats, bass boats and sailboats. Great for tying or screwing to docks.

The Subaru Stella Plug-in EV goes on sale in Japan today
Not designed to be anything other than a city car, the Subaru Stella has a range of around 55 miles on a full charge of its Li-ion batteries, which can be charged in about five hours from a standard socket (or in 15 minutes from a quick-charge outlet), and a has top speed of 62mph – so it really is a city-only car. Based on Subaru’s existing Stella mini-car the Stella EV is powered by a 60bhp (47kw) electric motor that delivers 125lb/ft of torque from the off. It also incorporates a regeneration system that tops up the batteries during deceleration to help the range.

Nissan has announced it will build an all-new car in the UK from 2010, and released a sketch to whet our appetites. The model is an addition to Nissan’s current range and is described as an ‘innovative all-new compact car’. The new car is expected to be a crossover model, with Nissan previously having stated it wishes to expand its line-up beyond Qashqai, Qashqai+2 and the forthcoming Murano.

ROAD safety charity Brake and insurance company Direct Line have uncovered a worrying number of drivers have admitted to nodding off when behind the wheel. Of the 1,000 drivers sampled, almost a third admitted to momentarily nodding off while seven percent claimed they had actually fallen asleep while driving. Also, 49 percent of the drivers surveyed said they had driven after less than five hours of sleep.
