Opel/Vauxhall Adam Rocks previews crossover, cabrio

Opel/Vauxhall has previewed its Adam Rocks 'concept' ahead of its world debut at next month's Geneva motor show. This mini-crossover is taller and wider than the production Adam thanks to a suspension raised by 15mm with a 20mm wider stance. Its fabric sunroof suggests it will compete with the Fiat 500C and the new Citroen DS3 Cabrio.  The sketches show unpainted plastic bumpers and extended wheelarches along with underbody protection, emphasizing its rugged appearance apparently inspired by "parkour athletes".

VW Beetle Dune concept 2014 revealed in full

As promised last week, Volkswagen has unwrapped a rugged new Beetle Dune concept at the 2014 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit. The 2014 VW Beetle Dune concept is a follow up to the 2000 VW Beetle Dune Concept. Watch Koenigsegg One:1 active aero in action

Christian Von Koenigsegg and Drive are back with another installment of “Inside Koenigsegg.” Episode 3 focuses on the One:1's active rear wing. The naked carbon-fiber wing on the 1,360-hp Koenigsegg One:1 gets a front-top mounting, which reportedly causes less turbulence than a rear-mounted wing. The total weight is about 20 pounds, which von Koenigsegg claims is about 1/3 of what most active wing systems weigh.
