TERMS &  CONDITIONS
By placing a bid for this item, you agree that you have
read and accept the following terms and conditions:

ORDER ACCEPTANCE:
I reserve the right to refuse any eBay order if the seller has a "0" (zero) rating, a history of negative feedback, and/or a history of retracted bids.

If you win an auction  and receive an invoice, I expect prompt payment. If you are unable to pay within 24 hours of receipt of my invoice, please contact me and let me know your intentions. Failure to pay or contact me within 24 hours of being invoiced may result in the item being offered to another bidder or relisted.

ORDER  CANCELLATIONS
If you win an auction but change your mind about buying the item, please contact me immediately.
I’m understanding and will not punish you with negative feedback for cancelling an order as long as you talk to me, and do it quickly! When an order is cancelled I’ll issue a Mutual Agreement through eBay which ends the transaction. You must respond to the Mutual Agreement Message that you receive from eBay in order to end the transaction and be relieved of your contractual obligation to complete the purchase.

CONTACTING  ME:
You may contact me by email only.

  • Email: I prefer that all correspondence be done through the eBay message system. If you must email me directly, please include the item number in the subject of the email, otherwise it will likely be buried in spam and go unnoticed.
  • Phone: I do not take phone calls from eBay clients.

FEEDBACK:
I leave excellent feedback for buyers after I receive feedback. I rarely leave negative feedback. To receive negative feedback from me, you really must earn it. The best way to earn negative feedback is to snipe an auction from another bidder at the last second, then ignore invoices and requests for payment.

On the other hand: I always leave positive feedback for those who pay promptly and communicate.

PAY-PAL POLICY:
I reserve the right to refuse PayPal payments if the seller is unverified and/or the shipping address is unconfirmed.

PAYMENT (USA ONLY):
I accept the following payment methods for US customers:

  • PayPal - Verified buyers with confirmed shipping addresses only.

SHIPPING (USA ONLY):
I ship via US Postal Service.

I will combine shipping charges when more than one item is purchased. If you purchase more than one item please wait for invoice before making payment.

If the above terms and conditions are acceptable to you,
please feel free to place your bid. Good luck!

Tesla Model X Crossover reveal and Roadster dropped by year end

Sun, 29 May 2011

Tesla Roadster Production ends in December We revealed back in November that Tesla intends using the Model S platform to produce a Crossover come SUV to appeal to a more mainstream market than their current ‘Lotus with batteries’ Tesla Roadster. Having officially sown that seed, Tesla has now revealed that the Tesla Model X will be revealed – in prototype form, of course – by the end of 2011. At pretty much the same time as production of the Tesla Roadster comes to an end.
