Cadillac's ATS compact saloon will go on sale in Europe following the car's centre-stage appearance on the Cadillac stand at the 2012 Paris motor show next month. With provisions made for right-hand drive versions, Cadillac is clearly serious about entering the UK market again, despite the sink-without-trace disappearing act that was the BLS. Scion announces pricing for 2014 FR-S, tC and iQ

Scion announced pricing Thursday for several 2014 models, including the tC, iQ and a new 10 Series iteration for each Scion model to commemorate the brand's 10-year anniversary. We saw our first glimpse of the 2014 tC, with sharper exterior styling and an upgraded interior, at the 2013 New York auto show. Scion says the tC's updated automatic transmission will shift twice as fast as the outgoing model and includes Dynamic Rev Management technology.

Mercedes SLC confirmed once more Mercedes big-wigs have been discussing future plans for AMG and have confirmed production of the Mercedes SLC – a baby SLS. It’s always nice to speculate on new cars to come from interesting car makers, and in the case of Mercedes we’ve been actively playing the baby SLS game – a Mercedes SLC – since 2009. What we need to remember is that the SLS – and any SLC to come – is not really a Mercedes, it’s an AMG.
