We receive our items from reliable sources. Many of our items are tested in the ware house.  Shipping will be fulfilled the same day or the next business day. We do not ship out items on weekends. Any item that is going to a different country (international) will not be accepted for returns. If you wish to buy something to be shipped international please ask us how we can ship out to you. We usually give out dimensions and weight for a label of your own. If that is unavailable to you, we use our own label.  P.O boxes may have extra shipping charges.
