Left over part from my 4.6 into Disco 1 transplant.  This is off a 1997 Range Rover 4.6 (GEMS, P38) w/ 117,xxx miles.  Engine was good and is now in my 1996 Discovery, but had to use the original oil pan from the 4.0 Discovery motor.  So, this good used oil pan can find a new home on someone else's rig with a cracked pan or whatever.  May fit other years models - You are responsible for checking fitment for your application.
