Our Basic guard car covers offer budget pricing and are made of spun bonded fabric with breathable fabric for the basic protection your vehicle requires. This car cover has breathable fabric to allow good air circulation under the cover which assures that any moisture or condensation under the cover can easily evaporate and it also reduces heat build up on those hot days. UV resistant fabric protects your vehicles paint from damaging UV rays and pollutants in the air. This car cover offers all weather protection against rain, snow, dirt, dust and heat. The soft, light weight fabric used in this car cover does not scrape the painted surface of the vehicle and is easy to handle and store with the included storage bag. Cover has an elastic band around the bottom of the cover for a snug fit and has eyelets and a drawstring that can be run under the vehicle for additional security and to prevent wind from lifting the cover. Imagining the Future: The Southern California Automotive Design Studio

Southern California is home to more automotive design studios than anywhere else in the world, and to commemorate that relationship and celebrate Art Center College of Design's 60th Anniversary, the Petersen Automotive Museum is putting on a new permanent exhibition among its rolling time capsules and automotive memorabilia from Hollywood. The new design exhibition showcases the history of the local design community and its contribution to the world. Located in the ‘Streetscape' section of the Petersen Automotive Museum, the Car Design Studio is at the modern end of a realistic walk-through diorama of California's history as it relates to the automobile.

College Exhibition: Royal College of Art Show 2007

The Royal College of Art's annual post graduate degree show had a new name and a new venue this year. Held for the first time in a large pavilion tent in Kensington Gardens, directly opposite the main Royal College of Art building, 'The Great Exhibition' commemorates the 150th birthday of the South Kensington cultural and educational institutions. Car Design News caught up with a few of the 18 Vehicle Design graduates at a private viewing on June 14th.
