Measures 4.25" X 2.5This patch image is the new corporate logo for the MSD igntition company in Italy.  Patch is made on a heavy backer to be ironed on, sewn on (or glued on). Summit Racing's price is $10.  Stiff Iron-on patch backer.

You can also use 'Shoe Goo' glue or 'Household Goop' glue to place these on fabric (use masking tape around the outside of the patch edges before applying the glue). Place a thick layer of glue on the back of the patch and press it down on the fabric and let the excess seep out onto the masking tape. Be careful to not allow any of the glue to get on other parts of the jacket or on top of the patch. Wait 15 minutes and ball up the semi-hardened excess glue off of the masking tape. keep weight pressing down for 12 hours).

Citizens Advice receives 84,000 used car complaints

With over seven million secondhand cars purchased in 2012, you’d expect one or two to develop a problem soon after purchase. But the Citizens Advice Bureau in fact received over 84,000 complaints about used cars during this period. Half of these faults developed within a month of purchase.

Apple and Ferrari—What could be better?

Recently a press release popped into my email (remember when we used to say “came across my desk”?) that said Eddy Cue, Apple's head of Internet software and services, has joined Ferrari's board of directors. The statement said while on the board Cue, a Ferrari owner, will “aid with his experience in Internet-based commerce.” My two cents: It's a brilliant move for both parties, and the ramifications could be huge. Think about it: Does this mean Apple wants to make stuff for cars?
