Condition:Used

Used Triumph TR6 late model intake manifold, Stanpart # 3389 . Manifold is from a running 1975 TR6 and has been stored indoors in my garage. Manifold has the EGR port plugged ( see picture ) and may need some detail cleaning. The manifold has not been painted and the pictures are of the aluminum finish of the manifold. The sight of Mini design head Anders Warming presenting a holographic, 3D projection of the Mini Vision concept as if appearing in his own cartoon was certainly a new one on us, but it captured the quirky, slightly left-field image the subsidiary of BMW Group has cultivated since its relaunch 13 years ago. As the 'Vision' tag suggests, this is billed as a marker of intent for the brand's future design direction rather than a pre-production teaser of the new Mini hatchback (Cooper in most markets) we'll see later this year. However if the third-generation 'new' Mini doesn't look remarkably similar we'd be amazed, such is the level of productionized detailing on this purely digital model.

Suzuki seeks end to partnership with Volkswagen

Suzuki Motor Corp. Chairman Osamu Suzuki on Monday said he plans to end his carmaker's turbulent two-year capital alliance with Volkswagen AG, citing concerns about independence and a dearth of technological exchanges and joint projects from the tie up. The spry, 81-year-old Suzuki executive compared the breakup to a divorce and said the two companies should "say goodbye with a smile" instead of trading bitter accusations.

Honda SUVs recalled for fuel-tank fix

Honda Motor Co. is recalling about 8,700 copies of the 2012 Honda Pilot and Acura MDX SUVs to fix a problem in the fuel tank. The flaw is with the vent-shut-float valve case in the fuel-tank assembly.
