Condition:Used

This clutch lever bracket assembly is off of a 1973 LAVERDA 3C however, it will fit all LAVERDAs with a cable pull clutch. Although it is not original equipment as used on early 750 AMERICAs and the 850SS AMERICA, it will fit and work and looks proper on the bikes. This is an early assembly designed to have the choke lever mechanism mounted on its top. Obviously you do not have to mount your existing choke lever assembly onto this bracket if your current choke is mounted to the frame on the left side. I just mention that the provision exists. This assembly is 100% complete and in nice condition. These clutch lever brackets are becoming very scarce as many have broken from over tightening. The new replacements will work however, they are very different and do not look the same. Shipped with full insurance.

Beware valet parking insurance loophole

Fri, 13 Jun 2014

USING A VALET parking service could mean losing your car with no insurance cover. Drivers are being warned to check their insurance policies before handing over their car keys to valet parking attendants as more than half (51%) of the UK’s motor insurance policies do not cover this service. While valet parking companies provide insurance cover for their employees to drive your car, many insurance policies do not cover ‘damage to vehicle while in the control of valet parking staff.’ This means if your car is damaged or written off while it’s being parked or retrieved by valet parking staff, you could be left seriously out of pocket with no claim against the valet parking company.
