We deliver to Worldwide.
All orders would be handled and shipped the NEXT day after we received payment.
We will ONLY ship to the PayPal address
Tracking will be sent after the item has been processed
Shipment usually takes 7-15 business days to the US.
To US, we only ship item less than 2.5 KG by E-package; other item will be shipped by EMS which takes up 7-15 business days.
Item shipped by CHINA POST Register Airmail, reaches most country 15-20 business days.
NOTICE 1：Delivery time depends on destination and other factors; it may takes up to 30 days.
If you don't receive the item after30 days, Please contact us, we'll investigate and solve the delivery problem.

Our store covers over 10000 square meters and we have a 800 square meter exhibition room and a 1700 square meter factory building with advanced assembly machines, complete test equipment, and specialized design, manufacturing, and quality control teams. In 2001, we successively passed international ISO9001 quality management system authentication. We are also awarded the five star service stations by FAW-VOLKSWAGEN.
We continuously rank first in southwest China since 2000. In 2012, we have sold 6863 VW cars and more than 33000 VW cars were repaired in our store.
What’s more, there are about 100 cars receiving maintenance in our store every day. We have dozens of experienced professionals who are engaged in VW vehicle maintenance for more than ten years. 

Return Policy

(1) Before any returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service; please inform us the item number, eBay user ID, specific description of damage/problem and clear explanation of your reason. We stand behind every item that we sell and will do our best to assure that you are satisfied. When you are not 100% satisfied, please email us first and we will do our best to make you happy. 

(2) If you still want to return your purchase, ship the item(s) back to us and we will refund your original purchase price. All returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back. After we have received the package and the item is in a resalable condition, a full refund will be issued.
