Unique High Resolution LED Sweeping Motion Sequentials

Installation is as easy as changing a light bulb. These *SWEEPLITE® Patented-Technology LED-modules create a sequential effect in each of the Charger's four Tail-Light housings (left & right). The Sequential effect occurs for each blink of the Turn-Signal and in all lamps for each application of the Brake or flash of the Emergency-Flashers. When the Headlights or running lights are ON, these lamps also sequence off as shown in the video. Unlike typical sequential lighting, Sweeplite's unique Patented-Technology creates three sequential steps for each lamp for a total of six high-resolution steps on each side creating a smooth sweeping effect. Some installation skill is required to replace light bulbs and splice in Loads. Some minor cut and splice skill is required in some vehicles. Typical installation takes less than one hour.

Video Clip below shows *Sweeplite (TM) LED bulb modules installed on the rear of a 2006 Dodge Charger. Video provided by a satisfied customer.

NOTE, please check if the turn-signal (not emergency flasher) flashes one or two of the lamps in the housing on either side and tell us in a note when you check out. If we do not see this information we will contact you for more information.

These 4-Lamp Kits (pn 4LK111) contain two (2) each of SWEEPLITE ®* "#ZBA-3R050, and 2 each ZBB-3R050" Red LED Lamp-Modules, two protected loads and four 3M moisture resistant wire splices and installation instructions. Installation in most Chargers listed require a load splice-in (included) and may require a wire cut and splice but no other changes or modifications. This kit does NOT include lamp-housings or any items other than the bulb replacement modules and loads splice kit. You use your original high-quality taillight housing assembly. Check compatibility list above to be sure these lamps fit your Charger or contact us before you buy.

Note, these LED Modules are for use only in rear Lamp-Housings that are sealed, have no cracks or leaks or water and are in good condition with RED lens only (no amber). Not for use in vehicles with aftermarket Tail-Light assemblies or Tail-Light assemblies modified or previously equipped with LED lighting. These LED modules replace #3057, #3157, #4057, #4157 type standard incandescent light bulbs only.
These LED Lamp-Modules use about 25% of the energy when compared to the incandescent lamps they replace.

Infiniti recalls Q50 sedans over steer-by-wire system

Mon, 16 Dec 2013

Infiniti is recalling a number of its new 2014 Q50 sedans over a fault in its steer-by-wire system. The recall concerns Q50 sedans equipped with Direct Adaptive Steering that have received a software version which may disable the power steering software when the engine compartment reaches freezing temperatures. There's a mechanical backup system to prevent steering failure that kicks in via a clutch if the Direct Adaptive Steering were to fail, but the NHTSA notes that this backup may not engage in time if the Direct Adaptive Steering fails, increasing the chance of a crash.

Thu, 27 Jan 2011

The 2012 Volkswagen Beetle looks almost production-ready Yes, the next generation of the ‘New’ VW Beetle us upon us, certainly if the spy shots we’ve got of an almost undisguised 2012 VW Beetle are anything to go by. And we did report that VW should debut the 2012 VW Beetle in 2011 before a 2012 launch as long ago as October 2009. So it all adds up Not surprisingly, this 2012 Beetle has been snapped pounding round the US – the one place it’s sold really well.
