The quieter, smoother and more efficient engine replaces the aging 1.7-litre unit that had been in service across the Vauxhall, Chevrolet and other General Motors brands for many years. The presenter and singer - whose hits include Superstar - was penalised by magistrates in Redditch, Worcestershire, this week, after they heard that she had thought the online policy would be automatically renewed. She said that she was "horrified" to find she was not properly insured and warned others to be vigilant about their insurance arrangements to avoid the same mistake.
