2010 Toyota 4Runner to be revealed at Texas State Fair
Thu, 27 Aug 2009In a nod to its rugged nature, the 2010 Toyota 4Runner will debut on Sept. 24 in Dallas at the Texas State Fair. More details will be revealed then, but Toyota hints that the interior will be upgraded with added room and comfort for the fifth-generation sport-utility vehicle.
Citroen DS 5LS R revealed as high-performance DS5 for China. Debuts at Beijing.
Fri, 04 Apr 2014The Citroen DS 5LS R (pictured) heading for a Beijing debut The Citroen DS 5LS was revealed at the end of last year as Citroen’s biggest DS model to date, but as it’s aimed at China there’s little chance we’ll see it in the UK or Europe, where there’s no real market for a stretched DS5. And the same goes for the ‘Racing’ version revealed this morning – the Citroen DS 5LS R – which is heading for a debut at the Beijing Motor Show later this month. Under the bonnet of the DS 5LS R sits the 1.6 litre petrol turbo found in the Peugeot RCZ, where it gets 270bhp, but Citreon have managed to boost that to 300bhp – which should make putting the power down quite interesting.
College Exhibition: IAAD - 'Italian Sportivity: The New Generation'
Fri, 19 Aug 2005Demonstrating the development of new concepts for Alfa Romeo and Ducati, the Automobile Museum of Turin, Italy, has been hosting an exhibition entitled 'Italian Sportivity: The New Generation'. The work was produced by Transport Design students from Turin's Institute of Applied Arts and Design (IAAD). Working with designers from both companies, IAAD students were given a pair of options to chose from: two wheels or four; Ducati or Alfa Romeo.
