But probably the big Geneva news on the Toyota hybrid front is the public debut of the Toyota Prius+, the European version of the Prius V we saw at Detroit and the first Prius to offer enough seats to party in. Sat, 31 Oct 2009The Mercedes C Class Executive SE - available in the UK from November Having already played this card with the E Class – the E-Class Executive SE – Mercedes has decided to treat buyers to a limited edition model of the C Class and has announced that the Mercedes C Class Executive SE will be available in the UK from November, powered by the manual C180 KOMPRESSOR BlueEFFICIENCY engine and available as a saloon or estate. As with all limited editions there’s nothing to get too excited about unless you were already up for the extras the limited edition is throwing in to the pot. In the case of the Executive SE these include COMAND, the grill off the Sport model, 16” ‘Pristix’ alloys and a bit of extra chrome on the boot lid and exhaust.

Sun, 24 Jun 2012The 2012 European Grand Prix on the street circuit in Valencia sees Red Bull’s Sebastian Vettel on pole position with Lewis Hamilton’s McLaren alongside. Slowly, but not yet completely, Red Bull and McLaren seem to be getting a handle on the topsy-turvy 2012 Grand Prix Circus. Despite serious challenges in final qualifying, it was Sebastian Vettel who set a blistering time to take pole, his third pole of the 2012 season, 33rd of his career and third at Valencia.
