Volvo S60, V60 & XC60 Polestar Black R – but only in Sweden Volvo and Polestar’s relationship has recently yielded the new Volvo V60 Polestar with a fulsome 345 bhp and remarkably decent performance. Now, to celebrate Volvo Polestar’s double title (drivers –  Thed Björk - and constructors) in the 2013  Scandinavian Touring Car Championship they’re producing a limited number of Polestar ‘Black R’ models of the S60, V60 and XC60, but only for Sweden. Just like the normal Polestar upgrades, the extra power is more limited than the new V60 Polestar, with the T6 petrol getting 329 horses and the D5 diesel 230, with cosmetic tweaks including Ixion wheels, sports chassis, sports seats, Sensus Connect and more.

Seat IBX concept (2011) at 2011 Geneva motor show

On the eve of the 2011 Geneva motor show, Seat has unveiled this IBX crossover concept at the Volkswagen Group’s pre-show party. Designed under the watch of ex-Lamborghini designer Luc Donckerwolke, it’s the second concept car to preview Seat’s future design language, and a strong hint that company is preparing to launch a new, small SUV. Lotus Evora hits London showroom

Despite the fact that the new Lotus Evora is not due to start delivery until next Summer, Lotus of London, in Park Lane, has this week taken delivery of the first Evora to hit a showroom anywhere in the world, and it will be on show from the 22nd December. The Evora is going to be on display until the 9th January, offering potential buyers, and the terminally nosey, the opportunity to see this exciting new Lotus in the flesh. Finished in Frost White (trendy, but I’m not sure it suits the Evora that well), with a red leather interior, the 2+2 is the first proper new Lotus car for more than a decade.
