Left Side Knock Off For Sports Car Wire Wheel on 2040-parts.com
Choctaw, Oklahoma, United States
This is a left side knock off for possibly an MGB or some other sports car with real wire wheels. It has some numbers inside as shown. It is very heavy and the chrome is still bright. That's all I know, so look at the pictures and judge for yourself. I have used it as a paper weight since the 70's.

Saab 9-3 EV prototype revealed by NEVS
Thu, 21 Aug 2014Saab 9-3 EV prototype revealed by NEVS When National Electric Vehicle Sweden (NEVS) bought what was left after the debacle of bankruptcy, the plan was to create a range of electric cars using the Saab brand. But that hasn’t gone to plan, even though the first electric Saab 9-3 Prototype has now been revealed. In fact, Saab under NEVS has also come close to bankruptcy recently as an unpaid supplier took court action (although NEVS say that little local difficulty has been solved) and NEVS had to resort to building ICE engined Saabs to keep a few bob coming in.

Saab files for bankruptcy: the end of the Swedish saga
Mon, 19 Dec 2011Saab has reached the end of the road - for the second time in two years, just before Christmas. Parent company Swedish Automobile today announced that Saab had filed for bankruptcy. Owner and acting CEO Victor Muller had been trying to sell Saab as a going concern and had come close to signing a deal with Chinese car makers Pang Da and Youngman, but the deal was blocked by former owner General Motors which feared its technology - powering the new 9-5, plenty of the 9-3 range and the 9-4X - would fall into opposition hands in China.
