These control arms are standard for use on fabricated stub chassis.

This listing is for a 14 1/2" left side lower control arm with ball joint (center of ball joint to center of rod end).

This lower control arm looks to be in good used condition, but the shock mount is bent.

Please look at the photos carefully and decide if it's right for you.

It does include a Howe precision ball joint as shown, and it looks good otherwise.


Measurements & Features:

14 1/2" measured from the center of the rod end to the center of the ball joint (appx. 13" center to end of tube.)

For use with a press in ball joint (Moog K-6141 or LHC # 081-1267).

A Howe precision ball joint is included as shown.

Black powder coat finish.

New Bugatti 'could be too fast to test'

THE UPCOMING replacement for the world's fastest luxury car could be too quick to test, according to a motoring magazine. Bugatti is looking to replace the famous Veyron with a new, faster model that could reach speeds of around 286mph, but questions have been raised by weekly title Autocar over whether the facilities will exist to test it to its maximum. Not only is space a concern for the 1,500-horsepower concept, because it will need much longer straights than the Veyron, but also tyres are an issue.

The Cadillac ConverJ is an electric-powered limousine not seen until press day, harnessing the same plug-in hybrid tech as the Chevy Volt. GM product overlord and everyone’s favourite sound-bite merchant Bob Lutz said the Volt’s drivetrain had been renamed the Voltec system and it was this lithium-ion battery set-up that underpinned the ConverJ concept car.

BMW X5 trio spied testing near Spartanburg

Autoweek reader J. Monroe spotted a camouflaged BMW X5 convoy somewhere on Interstate 26, which just so happens to run near the German automaker's Spartanburg, S.C., plant (one of the X5's production sites). Despite a strategic application of BMW's dazzling, swirly vinyl wrap, the lines of these X5s were identical to those on the models available now.
