Testing

·         Merchandise listed as “New” or “New Sealed” is not tested, in order to preserve the condition of the product and of the box.

·         Used merchandise is always thoroughly tested, and any problem will be noted in the description or shown in pictures. Because we sell a wide variety of merchandise, sometimes we don't know how to test every feature. You are therefore welcomed to contact us via Ebay email system to require specific testing. We will make every effort to comply with your request before your bid.

·         Please thoroughly verify any product, and contact us within 72 hours in case you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please consider that mistakes on testing may occur and are not intentional, and we will do anything we can to solve problems that may occur to protect your purchase.

We seek 100% customer satisfaction. For this reason, we will try to do our best to solve any problem that you may have with your purchase. We will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue if we made a mistake (It happens). Please do not assume a mistake is intentional. Let us know if our service could be better!

We use the eBay’s managed returns system. In the unfortunate case you feel that your purchase does not match our description, please contact us immediately for assistance. We’ll assist you promptly. For a smooth return process, please consider starting a return process, instead of opening the case.

We will be happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery under these following guidelines:

·         We accept only USPS as return carrier.

·         All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (UPC bar codes and serial numbers must be intact) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork.

·         A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any OPENED merchandise that is not defective.

·         We do not accept returns for items listed as “New” or “Like New” after 14 days from the delivery; when you receive the item, it is your responsibility to check how to activate warranty with the manufacturer.

·         Cost of shipping is non-refundable for returns. We will deduct our shipping cost from the refund, even if the merchandise is listed as “Free Shipping”.

·         Shipping cost will be exceptionally refunded only in the unfortunate case we have shipped you the wrong product. In this case you will receive instructions for the return shipping and we will cover you the cost.

·         You will be responsible for making sure that the package is returned to us safely. We do not hold responsibility for lost or damage items in return transit.

·         Provide correct tracking information. We will refund you as soon as we receive the item.
