This is a resistor used on various types of aircraft. This one has a serviceable tag from UPS during modification and has been in storage since. It is in good condition without damage to the housing or mounts. The connectors are also undamaged and the housing is marked RESISTOR THERMOCOUPLE LEAD SPOOL AN5534-2, MFRS. PART NO. 8T851B3, THE LEWIS ENGRG,. CO. Unfortunately It is not tagged and I have no way to test it so it is being listed AS IS. Thank you for looking and please see our many other aviation auctions. 50,000 copies of the 2012 Honda Civic recalled over driveshaft issue
Tue, 12 Jun 2012About 50,000 copies of the 2012 Honda Civic are being recalled because of a potential issue with the left driveshaft. The automaker claims that the driveshaft “may not have been properly assembled, potentially allowing it to separate from the outer CV joint while in operation.” While such a separation could result in total loss of power to the wheels and the inability to securely park the vehicle without the use of the parking brake, Honda claims that no incidents related to the issue have been reported. Earlier this year, Honda recalled about 45,800 Honda Odyssey minivans for faulty tailgate struts, 8,700 Honda Pilot and Acura MDX SUVs to fix a problem in the fuel tank, and 1,300 copies of the Honda CR-V to correct a control-arm problem.

Citroën designer teases production Cactus on French TV
Tue, 29 Oct 2013Citroën has given us a first glimpse of its production C4 Cactus model on a French television show. Viewers of TF1's ‘Auto Moto' program saw its presenter briefly lift the cover from the car's side, which showed that the unique ‘Airbumps' - made from a spongy material that protects against everyday wear and tear - have been retained, while a B-pillar and standard door handles have been added. An interior digital render was also presented, showing a cabin that's largely unchanged from the concept, which was unveiled at this year's Frankfurt motor show.
