This is a resistor used on various types of aircraft. This one has a serviceable tag from UPS during modification and has been in storage since. It is in good condition without damage to the housing or mounts. The connectors are also undamaged and the housing is marked RESISTOR THERMOCOUPLE LEAD SPOOL AN5534-2, MFRS. PART NO. 8T851B3, THE LEWIS ENGRG,. CO. Unfortunately It is not tagged and I have no way to test it so it is being listed AS IS. Thank you for looking and please see our many other aviation auctions. It's a reminder that Audi is gunning for sales from Mercedes-Benz and BMW - and a warning that there isn’t a niche it isn’t prepared to plug. The tri-motor, all-wheel drive hybrid, complete with 400hp and 480lb ft of torque, promises to be a fast, usable crossover when it appears on sale – and Audi is hinting that might not be too far away.

It’s a decent effort from Subaru, with added credibility as a compact urban warrior coming from Subaru’s 4WD prowess, a choice of a couple of petrol engines and a couple of diesels, manual or auto options and prices from £21k to £30k. But in a crowded market place it’s good to have a USP, so Subaru has pushed the boat out and is offering a world first for the Subaru XV – a self-cleaning function.
