Cycling charity given pothole funds

MONEY TO ENABLE more cyclists to report pothole problems through a new smartphone application is being provided by the Government. Whitehall is giving £30,000 to help cycling charity the Cyclists' Touring Club (CTC), revamp its '"Fill That Hole" website and develop a new app. More than nine million iPhone users can download the website's current app to report potholed roads to their councils.

Mini Clubvan announced, hipsters rejoice

Mini is getting into the commercial space with the Clubvan, which has two seats, five doors and a flat floor for easy loading. Mini says the van is designed for both business and leisure cargo carrying. When the U.S.-bound Mini Clubvan arrives this fall, it will use the company's base engine for power, which means 121 hp from a 1.6-liter engine.

Hyundai Elantra Coupe

Hyundai is set to expand its Elantra range with the introduction of two new models, the GT hatchback – based on the European i30 – and the all-new Coupe, shown here. The Coupe continues Hyundai's Fluidic Sculpture design language, this time applied to the Elantra's long and low proportions.
